Most marketers agree that it feels great to reap the rewards of your carefully crafted, smartly executed marketing plan: increased sales, more members, stronger engagement, lots of media mentions, or other positive outcomes.
But there’s one part of a marketing plan that doesn’t feel great, and no marketer EVER wants to execute: crisis management. What will you do if something goes wrong with your brand? How will you talk to the world about it? Is it possible to find something positive in a crisis?
At NMAMA’s next Lunch & Learn, special guest Deena Crawley, Marketing Director at Dion’s, will discuss this nerve-wracking side of marketing. Deena will share her recent experience with crisis communication and how her team used traditional PR, social media, and internal platforms to communicate with various audiences. She will also share how a recent hardship at Dion’s has shaped the organization into a better and stronger company.
