Happy New Year! As marketers we work 24-7 to ensure that the investment entrusted to our profession meets expectation and that content and channels align for best R.O.I. This is equally true as I reach mid-term as President of the New Mexico chapter of the American Marketing Association: to ensure term goals are met to the satisfaction of our members.
Our goals can only be achieved by surrounding ourselves with excellent marketers. Our NMAMA Board and volunteers are “best of class” and our collaborative spirit has implemented the perfect “brand of change” necessary to bring our chapter to a new level.
I’m thrilled to say that we are on track in meeting our goal of increasing quality programs. Two of our stand out events from this past year, DaVinci the Genius and UNM + Dreamstyle Rebranding Story (highlighted below) are an indication of more quality programs to come. And, I’m pleased to announce we have implemented AMA’s rebrand initiative. If you are a member, please check our chapter and national websites regularly for new information and tools designed to expand your knowledge of gold standards and provide access to emerging trends.
Let’s face it – the demands of our profession and the scores of industries and organizations we serve are immense. Whether you work with a team or face it alone in a smaller organization, the NMAMA is here for you.
