Heather Apodaca
Sr. Marketing Writer, Esparza

Heather is the senior marketing writer at Esparza Digital + Advertising. She began her career as a writer and journalist. She has worked for and been published in multiple newspapers and magazines, including New Mexico Magazine, the Santa Fe New Mexican, People en Español and the Columbia-Missourian. She transitioned from journalism to marketing more than 10 years ago and now helps brands tell their stories and connect with consumers through smart content strategies and strategic messaging. She has expertise across all areas of digital marketing and has worked with brands large and small in multiple B2B and B2C industries, including hospitality, real estate, luxury goods and CPG.

Jamie Dickerman
VP of Public Relations, Sunny505

With a penchant for words and the ability to craft compelling stories, Jamie has grown from an Account Executive to now Vice President of Public Relations for Sunny505. She works with a variety of government, business, tourism and non-profit accounts to manage both public relations and social media efforts. Her experience as a grant writer, Press Secretary for a U.S. Congressman, and Communications Director for a political party in New Mexico lends a level of expertise to the clients of Sunny505. When she’s not providing day-to-day account management and public relations strategy, Jamie has a passion for writing novels, adventuring outdoors with her dogs and enjoying live music.

Sherry Ann Smith
Account Executive, KOAT 7

Sherry Ann is a passionate philanthropist. She has served on several boards, including Junior League of Albuquerque, Amigo Days Air Show and International Run, Hope Christian Parent Fellowship Board, and volunteers for several non-profits. In her professional path, she works for KOAT 7 as an Account Executive and loves helping her clients find solutions in their marketing goals. She has been in media sales for over 25, specializing in Automotive & digital marketing. Her personal time includes spending time with the love of her life, her daughter. They enjoy golfing, painting, hiking and watching movies together. Lastly, she is an animal lover and believes in rescuing rather than purchasing. She and her daughter have two rescue pups.

Jennifer Bower
Co-Founder, 2540 Group

As the former Senior Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Central New Mexico Community College, and Associate Director of Marketing for Dion’s, Jennifer has extensive experience in marketing, digital strategy, creative services and public relations. A two-time University of New Mexico graduate, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and political science, and a master’s degree in business administration. She is the current Board President for Albuquerque Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners Collaborative, an organization dedicated to assisting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Jennifer also serves on the board of UNM’s Anderson School of Management Alumni Council.
